Our custom injection molded bolt buffers are tough enough to last for thousands and thousands of rounds, all the while protecting your receiver from being damaged by metal on metal bolt battering. Buffers also help dampen the sound made by the 10/22's action when firing and won't be affected by cleani
ng solvents or other chemicals. Simple drop in upgrade replaces factory metal recoil pin- no alterations required. The buffers even feature chamfered edges for easy install and removal. it actually works!
at first i was skeptical about needing a buffer on a 22lr. but for the price, why not! there is a noticeable reduction in audible noise from the cycling of the action. as for reduced wear, who knows? my 10/22 is probably 30 years old.
