The High Tower Armory 90/22 is a compact, maneuverable stock kit for the Ruger 10/22 which utilizes a bullpup design for superior balance and ergonomics. This durable, glass reinforced polymer stock reduces the overall length of most 10/22s to 26.5" by moving the rifle's action rearward and linking it to a forward trigger. The 90/22's trigger linkage is made of hardened steel in a nitride finish, ensuring trigger pulls are consistent, with minimal flex. To help hold zero, the 90/22's hardcoat anodized, aluminum Picatinny rail doesn't require removing optics for disassembly and the CNC machined aluminum bedding block provides a robust anchor point for mounting the 10/22's receiver with the standard takedown screw.

Designed to be truly ambidextrous, the 90/22 features a nitride treated, steel charging handle that can cycle the 10/22's action from forward positions on both left and right, a noteworthy improvement over the traditional configuration. The included shell deflector, which directs ejected casings downward, can be attached with a single bolt, making for safe and comfortable left-handed shooting. Furthermore, the 90/22's safety selector can be quickly engaged with the trigger finger from either side to block the stock's linkage from being pulled. To render the fire control components of the 10/22 safe, the factory push-button safety is still accessible via a safety extension toward the back of the stock.

Also included with the 90/22 is our extended magazine release and automatic bolt release combo, which replaces the OEM equivalent components for much faster manipulation of the rifle's controls. A pair of barrel bushings specifically for 18.5" Ruger tapered barrels comes standard but .920" bull barrels at least 18.0" long are compatible as well. This kit comes complete with a removable barrel shroud, two side mounted Picatinny rails, and a detachable ammunition storage box which can be used to hold spare rounds in the field. The 90/22 accepts factory 10 round rotary magazines as well as most aftermarket high capacity magazines that do not exceed the width of the standard magwell (e.g. HTA's RM-25, Ruger's BX-25 / BX-15, Champion, Eagle, Shooter's Ridge, Ramline, etc.) If you intend to use the factory 10 round rotary magazines, check out our HTA 10/22 Magazine Coupler which links two rotary magazines end-to-end to facilitate insertion and removal, especially when paired with the 90/22. Made in the USA. *Ruger 10/22 not included.

IMPORTANT: The HTA 90/22 requires a minimum barrel length of 18.0" to achieve the 26" overall rifle length required by federal law in the US. Most 10/22 barrels are 18.5" in length, however, some 10/22 barrel variants and aftermarket barrels may be shorter than 18" which make them illegal to install without the proper. You can check your barrel length by removing the barrel from the 10/22 receiver and measuring it from muzzle to breech.

Some states or local jurisdictions may have further regulations governing this product when assembled on a 10/22 (CT, D.C., DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, WA, etc.) This stock will add what is considered a "pistol grip" by some states, as well as shorten the overall length below some states' minimum requirement which may be longer than 26" (WA). One cheap made part kills the look completely

A lot of engineering went into the kit and everything looks really cool except for the fake silencer it's a cheap piece of plastic and it kills the whole look of the gun for almost $300 with shipping I expected a lot more I'm only referring to the fake silencer the rest of the kit is vary impressive [HTA Response: Thank you for your business, Aaron, and for the feedback! We appreciate it! We're very sorry if the barrel shroud was not to your liking. We do offer an aluminum shroud which gives you the look of a real, metal suppressor. The reason we cannot include a metal shroud, aside from the cost, is that there are so many different types of barrels ranging in size and crown, that it would be impossible to send a metal one which will fit everyone's barrel. Some people use threaded bull barrels, which could accept a threaded aluminum shroud. Others are using the standard factory barrel, which has no threads and requires an adapter, like the one we sell. The polymer shroud solves this issue by attaching to the stock rather than the barrel to cover as many styles of barrel as possible while being cost effective enough to include with each kit. We also understand that it isn't a look that everyone will want, so we made the shroud removable for that reason. Totally Sweet

Guys this gun stock is so worth it. If your thinking about it, just buy it. When I ordered my stock the guys there were great, even when I payed with 2 MasterCard gift cards. The best part was they shipped it the same day and it arrived in 4 days, so it was great putting it together over Christmas break. If your worried about the stock feeling cheap, or fake/toy you will not be disappointed. My friends thought I bought a real P90 machine gun :). As of 12/25/16, 300 rounds through it with out a problem.

Awesome product

I have had several different stocks for my 10/22. From folding stocks to AR style stocks. Not one stock has come close to the quality and performance of this one. The stock is not just some flimsy plastic airsoft cut to fit a 10/22, it is very strong and feels great. I also own a FNH ps90, but with the price of 5.7x28 ammo I can't go shoot it very often. This stock is just a little longer than the FNH, but I can go shoot a couple hundred rounds and have just as much fun (if not more). Everyone at the range wants to shoot this pup, a real head turner. Accuracy is great. With my vortex sparc II, I can keep a 5 group at 100yrds. Overall I would rate it 10 stars. If you're in the market for a bullpup 10/22 stock, don't hesitate. Awesome!

Gentlemen: I just wanted to let you know how much I like and am impressed by your HTA 90/22 Kit! I bought mine from Brownells and the accessories update from you. My Grandson and I put it together and took it to the range yesterday afternoon! Awesome, just plain Awesome!!!!! The kit went together perfectly, the instructions were clear and appropriate. I put an inexpensive red dot optic on it and within a few minutes of sighting, we were hitting steel silhouettes at 100 yds with no issues. I called your customer service and had a question about the Glock sights and it was answered quickly and professionallyƒ??. If there is something that I find to comment negatively about, it is the plastic barrel shroudƒ??.However, that is on me since I went with the Ruger factory barrelƒ??I see one of your barrels or the aluminum shroud in my future! An outstanding product!

More accurate than the ZK hands down

I know you are busy but wanted to share a little about my journey and how I found your company. Originally my son and I ordered 2 ea ZK-22's after seeing them online and soon the nightmare began. Long story short after over 2 1/2 year wait we finally got the kits (I won't say anything about the customer service as I am sure you are well aware). While on the internet trying to find out how we could get a refund, I stumbled across the Bullpup Forum and discovered High Tower. It just so happened we got to see one in person at a local guns show a week later. Beyer Barrels had your kits at the show and I purchased on on the spot (along with a barrel from Clint Beyer). I assembled the kit and OMG what fun gun to shoot and a head turner at the range. My son and I build a lot of AR platform firearms but when we head to our place in the mountains the HTA is usually the first gun grabber to plink with. All of my grand kids love the thing and 3 of them have been bugging their parents to go buy 10-22's so grandpa can turn it into an HTA. The 90/22 is more accurate than the ZK hands down and there is no comparison to out of the box triggers. Sorry for the long winded response - you have a great product and your customer service is 5 Star.
