Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship within one business day, provided the product ordered is in stock and there have not been any surges in orders or other delays outside of our immediate control. Orders are rarely processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Signature Required Deliveries -- Unless requested, all items ship without any signature required for delivery. If deliveries to your address or location are at risk of theft or loss, it is the recipient's responsibility to secure the package or make necessary arrangements. HTA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would prefer to have signature required for deliveries, please contact HTA before your order is shipped.
