High Tower Armory, LLC offers a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. If you experience any issue with one of our products, please contact us and give us the chance to make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Before shipping your product for repair, please call us at 763-428-4488 or send an email to [email protected] to describe the issue. We will try to determine whether or not your product needs to be sent to our location to be repaired. We will repair or replace your product free of charge. Please note that this warranty does not cover issues caused by attempting to alter the product in any way. If we cannot solve the issue without receiving the product, please ship your item to P.O. Box 3 Rogers, MN 55374 with your name, address, and contact information and a brief letter describing the issue.

If you are unsatisfied in any way with one of our products, please contact us for return instructions. Return the item to P.O. Box 3 Rogers, MN 55374 with your order information and HTA will refund you the price of the product. Please call HTA at 763-428-4488 if you are unsure if your product qualifies for a return.
